It has a silvered dial with lumed, elegant baton markers, lumed hands, outer tracking, cyclops glass over the date function, Rolex-signed screw back case and Rolex Oyster screw down crown. The watch comes on a Rolex Oyster bracelet, with a signed, folding clasp. The Oyster bracelet is more hard wearing than a Jubilee, and this watch looks equally good on leather! or even Rubber!
What we think
This is a very attractive and highly sought after model of Rolex Datejust and, in our opinion, much nicer than the newer version and it has the original matted shoulders and polished case sides. In our opinion, a mistake in modern versions, which will cost you just over £8,000, if you can find one...
