This Watch

Formerly known as the La Generale Watch Co. it was founded by Louis Brandt in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1848. In 1903 they renamed the company Omega until 1982 when they officially changed their name to Omega SA. They are part of the Swiss Swatch Group.

Omega launched the Seamaster range in 1948 to coincide with their 100th anniversary, and it is currently the oldest line in the Omega collection.

Extra Points

Featuring baton markers and a sweeping centre seconds, the beautiful patina on the dial adds an element of charm to this stunning watch.

What we really love about this watch though, is the unusual shape of the lugs!  We've not seen anything like it on a Seamaster before!  Coupled with the Beads of Rice bracelet, this watch is oozing 1950s style.

It comes fully serviced by our on-site workshop and with a 12 month, non-waterproof service cover.

What we think

There is something so classic about a great, vintage Omega Seamaster and we love the little variations that give them personality!
