We have here a sleek and sophisticated Hamilton dress watch from 1971 (originally sold on the 12th February 1971). The all Arabic, gilt, raised numerals sit on the silvered dial which is in excellent condition, especially for a watch of this age! This dial has perfect symmetry with gilt, pencil hour, minute and central seconds hands. The dial is signed simply 'Hamilton,' with the famous Hamilton logo at 12 o'clock.
The solid 9ct gold case, complete with signed crown, is fully hallmarked and a comfortable wear for both men and women and is the ideal size for a dress watch. Inside is the mechanical manual wind caliber, fully serviced by us and running strongly. We've paired this watch on a brown leather strap and not only does the watch come with it's original 9ct gold buckle, it also comes with it's original box and papers.

In our opinion, Hamilton are such an underrated brand and one that deserves much more attention. This watch is one not to be missed - the dial alone is exquisite - and it will look great in an established collection or a perfect piece for a first-time, vintage watch buyer! Plus the watch comes with its original box - something that is quite rare for a watch of almost 50 years! There is a simplicity to the design that makes this watch something special.
