1968 Omega Constellation Automatic with Date in 18ct Gold Model 168.004 with 18ct Gold Dial
Have a question?
This Omega Constellation is one of the most stunning Constellations we've seen! It features a rare and beautiful, solid, 18ct yellow gold dial with the date function, black baton hour markers and a gold-tone hour, minute and central seconds hands.
Housed inside the 18ct yellow gold, screw-back case is the ever-reliable, automatic Omega caliber 564.
Formerly known as the La Generale Watch Co. it was founded by Louis Brandt in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1848. In 1903 they renamed the company Omega until 1982 when they officially changed their name to Omega SA. They are part of the Swiss Swatch Group.
All Omega Constellations are 'Chronometer Officially Certified' watches, which means that they are tested to the highest possible level. Omega have called it "the most distinguished-title a watch may carry." In order to achieve this title, each of the 153 essential components that make up these watches undergo 360-hour accuracy and reliability tests and inspections.
