This Watch

We absolutely love a Seamaster and this 2677 is no exception! It has a stunning, two-tone dial with a mixture of Arabic and arrow markers, as well as hour, minute and central seconds hands.

Extra Points

Formerly known as the La Generale Watch Co. it was founded by Louis Brandt in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1848. In 1903 they renamed the company Omega until 1982 when they officially changed their name to Omega SA. They are part of the Swiss Swatch Group.

The Seamaster is the longest running product that is still made by Omega.  It was first introduced in 1948 for Omega's 100th anniversary,  and its design was inspired from the watches that were being made for the British Royal Navy at the same time.  The Seamaster is now the watch of James Bond, since the days of Pierce Brosnan.

What we think

This is a stunning example of such a classic Omega design.  Perfect for both men and woman and a great choice for the first-time vintage watch buyer or seasoned collector!
