Mixed raised line and Arabic numerals and notice the lack of any lume points throughout. A highly attractive dress dial with an unusually simple and understated appeal, while still possessing amazing design. Central seconds dial, which is also simplistic and classic. The dial has a soft even patina giving no doubt on originality. Two-piece, screw-back, fully-signed Omega case with armoured crystal. This is a more substantial piece at 36mm with drilled spring bar holes for extra sturdiness

Formerly known as the La Generale Watch Co. it was founded by Louis Brandt in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1848. In 1903 they renamed the company Omega until 1982 when they officially changed their name to Omega SA. They are part of the Swiss Swatch Group.

Another piece where the pictures do the talking but even better in person! This really is a classic 1950s example. The pictures only give a feel for how attractive it really is on the wrist. We opted for a light tan ostridge style straps but strap options are endless. This one needs to be seen to be believed, its about as good a vintage, preowned model 2639 Omega as you will find. All original and a very attractive patina to the quite unique dial. Honeycomb or hobnail effect. Perfect for the vintage watch newbie, the hardened collector or anyone in fact. with original dials on watches available like this then why buy restored ?
