We have here a Cartier Ronde with a rare and interesting Tri colour vertical gold band dial. The way the light hits the mirrors three colour bars is fantastic! hence the nickname for these coveted dials. Cartier are famous for the trinity and tri colour efffect enabling the wearer to combo with any colour jewellery accessory. The larger diameter of 30mm sits well with todays size requirements. His or hers with no rules around a gold-coloured disc as if they had been delicately laid on top of the dial in a sense of symmetry. The dial is otherwise elegantly simple. Steel blue hour and minute hands in the centre, 'Must de Cartier' at 12 o'clock and the famous Cartier logo at 6 o'clock - why would you need anything else! We particularly love the trademark cabochon winding crown and the articulated, Vendôme lugs which add an extra touch of elegance and sophistication at a great price.
The vermeil case, also known as silver gilt, or gold-plated sterling silver, measures 30mm and is a very comfortable wear on the wrist. Inside the case is the Swissquartz high grade caliber, exclusive to Cartier fully serviced by us and running strongly. The watch comes on its original a brown lizard cartier strap and kept its original gold-tone Cartier deployment buckle. The watch comes with our plain quality presentation box.

The 'Must De' Cartier concept was first introduced around 1973 when the Cartier lighter became the must-have accessory. Cartier branched out from jewellery to pens, leather goods, fragrances and more affordable watches. One of the main ways they transformed their designs way by making them out of vermeil, or silver gilt, which is gold-plated sterling silver. This made the watches more affordable whilst still having the prestige of being made from a precious metal. Various sizes, dial colours and finishes were then produced for both men and women. The Must de Cartier line was faded out at the beginning of the 21st century.
